GoldMine Wins ISM's Top 15 CRM Software Award
For the third year in a row, GoldMine takes home ISM's Top
15 CRM Software Award in the Small & Medium Business category!
Winners were selected by ISM Inc., Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) strategic advisers and software reviewers,
after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda,
Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to
202 selection criteria, including 105 business functions,
47 technical features, 33 implementation capabilities and
17 user-support features, making a win no easy feat. |
